Refund policy

We want your pet's calm-down kit to actually work — and if it doesn't, we don't want your money sitting on it.

You have 30 days from delivery to return any item in its original condition for a full refund. No interrogation, no restocking fee. Email us at support@softwhisker.com with your order number and we'll walk you through it — usually just a couple of photos and a quick form.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is confirmed, typically within 5–7 business days.

If an item arrives damaged or wrong, tell us right away — we'll make it right at no cost to you.
